Prime Location but Unsettling Experience

My recent stay was highlighted by the incredible location, with easy access to the subway and a vibrant atmosphere filled with restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and the strange layout of the room along with its uncomfortable features made it unappealing.

The staff are amiable and managed the parking on site. the venue has a great and super close location to the station. It's near Insa-dong, with restaurants that stay open till late nights, Insadong, and the subway.

This place is excellently located just off Insadong and close to Jongno 3-ga subway station with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a perfect spot to explore all the palaces in the area during my 4-night stay that I didn't want to end.

The value for money was excellent, especially given the comfy bed and clean room.

The location was great and stunning, not very far from St Paul's Church. the staff were affable from arrival to departure. the rooms were clean and immaculate, with an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and a TV.

The location in Jongno-gu was perfect, with a charming cafe downstairs and plenty of dining options nearby. Walk to main attractions easily. Room was small but manageable. Unacceptable cleanliness issues and odd room layout, but manageable. Staff could be more attentive. Good for tourists seeking convenience in a bustling area.

Hertz is perfectly located just a minute from the metro, with palaces and markets within walking distance. the room is clean and spacious for the price, featuring a comfortable bed and a separate shoe area. Amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee machine are provided, with air conditioning and a nice balcony for fresh air. Check-out was easy, adding to a comfortable stay.

stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in seoul but hertz surpassed my expectations. great location near cafes and tourist spots, clean and comfy rooms, easy access to metro, plus netflix and free coffee. a real gem!
